Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within [X hours] of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us at [your email] with your order number.

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be eligible to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, your full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
